Franken Rejects MPR Debate

U.S. Sen. Al Franken’s re-election campaign says he will not take part in a traditional Minnesota State Fair debate. Minnesota Public radio has hosted the fair debate for 20 years. MPR reported that a Franken spokeswoman did not give a reason for rejecting the debate invitation.
